  I wonder what's the point of ordering ahead of time to pick up via rapid pick up.... I'm there almost everyday during weekdays and 9/10 they don't have the order ready within the promised time and I have to pass people to inquire where is my order.... (some cashiers have bad altitude) - rolling their eyes I guess they expect me to stand there and waste another 20 mins until they get it ready when it's convenient for them.
  
  Oh please!
  The only reason I get my breakfast from Panera is b/c of the ease of the rapid pick up option I rather go to starbucks right across from them why go though this if they can't get it ready on time and I'm greated with rolling eyes and negative altitude for inquiring about my order.
